Chavara Matrimony – iOS App Loading Issue Troubleshooting

1.  Basic Restart 

  • Force close Chavara Matrimony App: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, find the app, and swipe it away. 

  • Reopen the app to see if it loads properly. 

  • Restart your iPhone to refresh background processes. 

2.  Check Internet Connection 

  • Ensure you have a stable Wi‑Fi or mobile data connection. 

  • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data to test. 

  • Restart your router if using Wi‑Fi. 

3.  Clear App Cache / Storage 

  • Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. 

  • Find Chavara Matrimony app and choose Offload App. 

  • Reinstall it to refresh cached files while keeping your data. 

4.  Update the App 

  • Open the App Store. 

  • Check if an update is available for Chavara Matrimony. 

  • Updates often fix bugs and improve performance. 

5.  Update iOS 

  • Go to Settings > General > Software Update. 

  • Install the latest iOS version, as outdated software can cause loading issues. 

6.  Check App Permissions 

  • Go to Settings > Chavara Matrimony. 

  • Ensure permissions like Cellular Data, Notifications, Background App Refresh are enabled. 

  • Missing permissions can sometimes block proper loading. 

7. Reinstall the App 

  • Delete Chavara Matrimony completely. 

  • Reinstall it from the App Store. 

  • This ensures you’re starting fresh with the latest version. 

8. Free Up Device Resources 

  • Ensure you have enough free storage space. 

  • Close other apps running in the background to free up memory.
