App Loading Issue – Troubleshooting Steps – Android Mobile

If you're experiencing continuous loading issues in the mobile app (e.g., the screen keeps loading without error messages), please follow the steps below in the given order to resolve the issue: 

Troubleshooting Guide 

  1. Clear App Cache 

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > ChavaraMatrimony > Storage 

  1. Tap Clear Cache 
    (Note: You've already done this, but it's listed here for completeness.) 

  1. Check for Latest Updates 

  1. Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store 

  1. Search for Chavara Matrimony 

  1. If an update is available, tap Update 

  1. Restart Your Device 

  1. A simple restart can resolve temporary system glitches. 

  1. Check Available Device Storage 

  1. Ensure at least 1–2 GB of free space is available. 

  1. Delete unused apps or media if needed. 

  1. Disable Battery Optimization  

  1. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization 

  1. Find ChavaraMatrimony and set it to “Don’t optimize” 

  1. Reinstall the App 

  1. Uninstall the app completely 

  1. Restart your device 

  1. Reinstall the app from the official app store 

  1. Try Logging in on Another Device 

  1. Use the same credentials on a different device 

  1. This helps identify if the issue is device-specific or account-related
