Why is this message displayed when I try to log in? “The mobile number/email ID you have entered is not registered with us. Please enter a valid or registered mobile number/email ID.

This error appears because the mobile number or email you entered is not linked to any account in our system. 

  • Try logging in with a different mobile number or email that is already registered.
  • If you don’t have a registered number/email, you’ll need to sign up first.
  • If you believe your number/email should already be registered, please contact our support team to verify and update your account details.
