Why am I not receiving OTP on my primary mobile number or email?

The login OTP is always sent to the mobile number you registered when creating your profile. If you have changed your primary number or email since then, the OTP will still be delivered only to the originally registered contact details. If you wish to change your registered number, Please provide a valid mobile number or email along with ID proof for verification.
